Laser Hair Removal

Traditional hair removal techniques, such as shaving, plucking, waxing and depilatory creams provide only temporary relief. Prior to laser hair removal, the only recognized way to remove hair permanently has been by electrolysis - which can be tedious, time consuming and uncomfortable. The GentleLase Laser Hair Removal System safely removes unwanted body hair without damaging the delicate pores and structures of the skin. Many treatments take less than 30 minutes, but treatment times will vary depending on the area treated. Most people will require 5 to 7 treatments and they are typically done about every 6 weeks.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical, non-invasive skin resurfacing procedure that has been created to work with the skin's system of growth and replacement. A fine, controlled spray of crystals removes the outer layer of the skin, accelerating your own skin cell turnover, revealing the younger looking, tighter, and healthier skin underneath.

Chemical Peels

M.D. Forte Glycolic Peel
An alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) peel is one of the most common glycolic peels performed. It is safe, non-toxic and may be used over extensive areas of the body such as the face, neck, decollete, hands and back. Irritation to the skin is usually minimal.

M.D. Forte Glycolic Chemical Peels may be applied only in your physician's office. These peels accelerate the exfoliation of your skin and enhance the results you achieve using home care products. Expect to see improvements in dry, rough texture, sallow, dull-looking skin and fine lines.

How frequently the peels are applied depends upon the skin care objectives you have set with the help of your physician or esthetician. It's common to conduct 6 to 10 peels over a specified period to achieve the maximum skin care benefit.

Skin Medica Vitalize Peel
The Vitalize Peel is a unique blend of Retinoic Acid, Alpha-Hydroxy Acids with Resorcinol and other active cosmeceutical ingredients, creating one of the safest, strongest superficial medical peels. Extensive peeling usually occurs with 48 hours and begins the process of skin rejuvenation. The Vitalize Peel is performed by a licensed medical esthetician under physician supervision. It can be repeated at 2 to 3 weeks for maximum benefits and is recommended as a great way to jump-start a healthy skin care routine.

Obagi Blue Peel
The Blue Peel is an in-office procedure designed to significantly improve the appearance and health of your skin. Using a low concentration of the chemical trichloroacetic acid (TCA) mixed with a special blue paste to slow penetration, the Blue Peel allows your doctor or esthetician to monitor the appropriate depth to effectively remove the thin surface layers of aged and damaged skin from the face or other parts of the body. These dead skin cells are replaced by healthier ones, allowing the skin's own clarity and tightness to resurface. The procedure is performed by your doctor or esthetician, who has specialized training and experience with this highly effective peel.

Deep Cleansing Facial

Our deep cleansing facial is ideal for those with acne prone, oily skin. This facial includes exfoliation, steam to soften the skin, suctioning of deeply embedded dirt, oil and other impurities, and manual extractions if needed to remove trapped blackheads and other acne lesions.

Iriderm

Iriderm is a quick, comfortable and effective laser treatment for vascular and pigmented lesions. This laser generates an intense beam of light that is applied to a specific site through a small hand piece connected to the laser console. The laser light is absorbed by oxyhemoglobin (bright red blood cells carrying oxygen) and melanin/pigment (black or brown pigment) found in the skin causing decomposition or destruction by heat of unwanted cells while leaving skin intact. Iriderm is a safe and effective way to treat facial telangiectasias (spider veins), angiomas (slightly raised red lesions) and small, pigmented lesions.

Photo-Rejuvenation

Photo-Rejuvenation is a non-invasive procedure using intense Pulsed Light (IPL)to treat sun damage (diffused redness and hyper-pigmentation) on most areas of the body and Rosacea and spider veins on the face. Photo-Rejuvenation is a safe and effective treatment with little or no down time. Treatments on many areas take approximately 30 minutes and most people can resume their normal activities immediately. Patients should expect a dramatic improvement in their skin tone, giving skin a smoother, more youthful appearance.
