Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical, non-invasive skin resurfacing procedure that has been created to work with the skin’s system of growth and replacement. A fine, controlled spray of crystals removes the outer layer of the skin, accelerating your own skin cell turnover, revealing the younger looking, tighter, and healthier skin underneath.
The average procedures takes less than 30 minutes, depending on your skin type and condition. Microdermabrasion is a safe procedure for all skin types and all skin colors.

Traditional hair removal techniques, such as shaving, plucking, waxing and depilatory creams provide only temporary relief. Until now, the only recognized way to remove hair permanently has been by electrolysis – which can be tedious, time-consuming and uncomfortable. The GentleLASE System safely removes unwanted body hair without damaging the delicate pores and structures of the skin. Facial and bikini areas are usually completed in under ten minutes ; legs, backs and larger areas can take longer.
- Wearing safety eyewear to protect the practitioner and patient’s eyes from the laser light following the procedure.
- A small hand piece will be used that touches the skin to deliver the laser light . A light spray of coolant onto the skin will be felt just before each last pulse.
- A test area will be done prior to the entire treatment. Your full treatment may e done the same day or up to two weeks later, depending on the skin reaction.
- Most patients experience little discomfort at the treatment site because of the dynamic cooling device.
- The degree of discomfort varies with each person, depending on his/ her pain threshold. Topical anesthesia may also be requested based on individual preferences or tolerances.
- The procedure can take as little as 10 minutes or up to an hour, depending on the area treated.
- The treated area may become pink or red within 30 minutes of treatment; this may last from a few hours to several days and is relieved with the application of ice or cooling gels.
- Avoid the sun 4-6 weeks after treatment or until your practitioner allows it
- You must avoid electrolysis, plucking or waxing hair for 6 weeks prior to treatment
- If you have had a history of perioral herpes, prophylactic antiviral therapy may be prescribed.
- If you have a dark skin type, a bleaching cream may be started 4-6 weeks before treatment to optimize results.
You should discuss your desired results and the improvements you expect to achieve with your practitioner. Together you can decide if your expectations will be met and if this laser treatment is the best option.
Hair grows in cycles. The number of treatments required depends upon your skin color, hair color, and coarseness of the hair. Everyone will require at least 3-5 treatments as the process is only effective on hair during the early growing cycle. Repeat sessions will be necessary to treat those follicles when they re-enter the early growth phase.

Laser Treatment for the removal of Vascular lesions.
A laser generates an intense beam of light. This beam brings energy to a specific site, through a small handpiece connected to the laser console. The laser light is absorbed by oxyhemoglobin (bright red blood cells carrying oxygen) causing decomposition or destruction be heat of unwanted cells while leaving healthy cells intact.
- You will be asked to wear special goggles to protect your eyes from the intense beam of laser light.
- You will be placed in a reclined position, depending upon the location of treatment. The doctor will use a "pencil thin" handpiece to direct a beam of laser light to the lesion. In most cases, anesthesia is not required.
- Some patients report feeling a slight stinging sensation during the treatment followed by some redness which usually goes away in 2-4 hours. Some swelling may also be experienced and may last 1-2 days. Unlike old technologies, DioLite 532 treatment will not cause any purple skin discoloration or bruised appearance to the treated skin.
- Postoperative care is minimal. Your doctor may ask you to use an anti-bacterial ointment on the treated area for a short period of time and will suggest that you stay out of the sun during the healing process.
- Final treatment results should be evident within 10-14 days after treatment for vascular lesions. In the meantime, normal daily activities can be resumed with only a slight redness evident at the treatment area.

An alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) peel is one of the most common glycolic peels performed. It is safe, nontoxic and may be used over extensive areas of the body such as the face, neck, decolleté, hands, and back. Irritation to the skin is usually minimal.
M.D. Forte' Glycolic Chemical Peels may be applied only in your physician's office. These peels accelerate the exfoliation of your skin and enhance the results you achieve using home care products. Expect to see improvements in dry, rough texture, sallow, dull-looking skin, and fine lines.
How frequently the peels are applied depends upon the skin care objectives you have set with the help of your physician or esthetician. It's common to conduct 6 to 10 peels over a specified period to achieve the maximum skin care benefit.
The Vitalize Peel is a unique blend of Retinoic Acid, Alpha-Hydroxy Acids with Resorcinol and other active cosmeceutical ingredients, creating one of the safest, strongest superficial medical peels. Extensive peeling usually occurs within 48 hours and begins the process of skin rejuvenation.
The Vitalize Peel is performed by a licensed medical esthetician under physician supervision. It can be repeated at 2 to 3 weeks for maximum benefits and is recommended as a great way to jump start a healthy skin care routine.
- Little or no downtime
- Improvement after one peel
- Dramatic results from a series of peels
- Skin tone and texture improvement
- Fine lines diminished
- Gentle enough for all skin types
The Blue Peel is an in-office procedure designed to significantly improve the appearance and health of your skin. Using a low concentration of the chemical trichloroacetic acid (TCA) mixed with a special blue base to slow penetration, the Blue Peel allows your doctor or esthetician to monitor the appropriate depth to effectively remove the thin surface layers of aged and damaged skin from the face or other parts of the body. These dead skin cells are replaced by healthier ones, allowing the skin's own clarity and tightness to resurface. The procedure is performed by your doctor or esthetician, who has specialized training and experience with this highly effective peel.
